Genesis 36: Genealogy

Synopsis

This chapter is simply more genealogy.

There are two parts:

• Verses 1–30 list Esau’s descendants
• Verses 31–43 list “the kings who reigned in Edom before any Israelite king reigned”

Thoughts

I don’t really have any thoughts on it. I have a hard time even reading a passage that contains these long genealogies.
